Dear Jim, We are in good shape with a new roof that has already been tested with more than an inch of rainfall. The house, with increased insulation, seems to maintain warmer temperature too, even with its single-pane windows, 1976 vintage.
I am very pleased that you and your team at Auburn ROofing, Inc. could meet my needs and expectations. Referrals will come easily for me because I know you have the best interests of the customer in mind.
Your sub-contractor that stripped the old roof was a model of excellence in his reflection of concern for the homeowner. The gentlemen on the roof wasted no motion and they literally left no scraps behind. I would not be bother by some stray pieces of old roofing, but some customers might see things differently. Those gentlemen deserve a genuine compliment for their work.
And then came Fernando and his team. Fernando remembered the house and me from the last time around and we laughed about that. The team’s workmanship and concern for an exemplary job that would garner no red flags from the building inspector was or is worth bragging about. I was at your office with my checkbook when they departed so I did not have opportunity to convey thanks for their great work. I hope you can pass along my compliments and thanks to Fernando and his team.
I am impressed that your men could do it all – the insulation, the gutters and the roof, and it was great to see their pride in their work. I do believe the manner you have organized for each of these separate tasks is an excellent way of doing business. It alleviates possible problems that can sometimes be found with a mix of sub-contractors.
Thank you again for setting me up for the next 50 years and thanks too, to your office staff for their accomodation along the way.
